We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with demonstrated experience to analyze computer science, engineering, and other software engineering problems and develop and implement solutions to complex application problems, system designs and development issues, or network concerns. Responsibilities:
Perform software management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, throughput, real-time processing limitations, Cybersecurity and software safety. Analyze commercially available, open source, government furnished, and contractor furnished software. Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. May also ensure project procedures and controls are followed, manage manning and staffing project efforts, and lead problem resolution efforts. Interface with system or program contractors, vendors, and Government representatives regarding the technical aspects of the programs/projects. Required Experience & Skills:
Clearance Required:
Must be able to obtain BS or BA degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Systems Management, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Physical Science, Physics, Statistics, Engineering Technology, Information Technology or Engineering. Degree substitution:
6 years' additional experience within these functional duties or an Associate's degree and 4 years may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree. At least ten (10) years of software engineering experience, performing software requirements analysis, software design, software coding, software integration and software testing. At least five (5) years of the ten (10) years of experience shall have consisted of performing software engineering functions for a Department of Defense (DoD) Aircraft or Weapons System. Must be able to obtain a secret clearance

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
