Residential Services Coordinator

We promote the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of persons served, especially the marginalized and vulnerable, through person-centered, shared exploration of pathways to healthy living and strengthened support systems.
We currently seek applicants for a fulltime position to coordinate support services for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who need a range of different supports from community to residential.
The selected candidate will coordinate daily operations of assigned housing units as well as the maintenance of documentation for those residents.
They will facilitate and assign responsibility for referrals for services needed by the consumers and will act as a consumer advocate.
This position also monitors non-personnel budget items, assists in the development and implementation of goal oriented rehabilitation plans and conducts inspections of our residential facilities in accordance with the quality management plan.
They will participate in the development of the staffing plan, interview and participate in the selection of new staff, and orient and train staff working in program components.
A bachelor's degree and two years of related experience is required.
Either a licensed mental health professional or certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner or the ability to obtain in the first six months of employment.
One year successful supervisory experience and familiarity with rehabilitative programming for person with a serious mental illness preferred.
This position requires a valid driver's license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization's automobile liability insurance carrier.
Also, the position may require the use of a personal vehicle in the performance of duties.
This position may require the performance of duties in an environment that is not smoke-free.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
