Assistant Residential Services Director

We currently seek applicants for a full-time position to coordinate support services for adults and youth who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who need a range of different supports from community-based to residential rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of assigned program components Monitor non-personnel budget items Assist in the development and implementation of goal-oriented rehabilitation plans Conduct inspections of our residential facilities in accordance with the quality management plan Participate in the development of the staffing plan Interview and participate in the selection of new staff Orient and train staff working in program components Complete grant reports on a monthly and quarterly basis Requirements:
A bachelor's degree Five years experience working in a senior supervisory capacity with behavioral health personnel Applicants must be willing to obtain, or already have, certifications as a licensed mental health professional, Rehabilitation Counselor, OR Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner Five years of experience with children and adolescents with a serious mental illness A valid driver's license with a driving record that is deemed insurable The use of a personal vehicle in the performance of duties may be required This position may require the performance of duties in an environment that is not smoke-free Pathways provides a team atmosphere, in addition to competitive pay and a comprehensive benefit package.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
