Program Manager DAC - Southern Maryland
Bay-CSS is looking for an experienced leader to lead its Day Activities program in Hollywood, MD.
This individual will coordinate, develop, maintain, and supervise the program with the support of a Team Lead.
Other responsibilities will be to manage transportation routes.
The Day Activities Program Manager will work closely with other Program Managers, Operations Managers, and Directors.
Qualified individual must:
Be well-versed in the DDA community Be computer savvy Have at least 2 years of experience managing a team Be a team player, willing to work side-by-side with Direct Support Professionals Have effective communication skills Have a creative mind/skillset Be able to multi-task Be energetic Have great conflict resolution skillsQualified individuals should complete our online application on our website at www.
