Seeking Client Service Supervisor
VCA Three Notch Animal Hospital located in Severn, MD is looking for a fulltime Client Service Supervisor who enjoys being part of a supportive and dedicated team that focuses on quality patient care and excellent client service.
This individual will be responsible for growing and developing a team while providing an atmosphere of mutual respect.
We are a dedicated team (family) that goes out of our way to make each other look good while delivering exceptional quality medicine for our patients with excellent customer service for their pet parents.

We are focused on finding a full time Client Service Specialist to join our team of professionals and will consider a part time as well! You will have the advantage of working with a collaborative team while maintaining a work and quality of life balance.
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Supervisor sets the tone for our practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.
The Client Service Specialist is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
oCustomer service functions, including:
greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
oExcellent follow throughoLiaison between the client and doctoroExcellent multi-taskingoEnjoys working with people and animals and it showsoForward thinker, creative, and proactiveoCan remain calm under pressureoRemains positive, professional and respectfuloScheduling and confirming appointments.
oPlacing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
oPresenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
oRecommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
oAnswering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on non-medical pet care (i.
e.
, heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
oManaging medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
oHospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times-both inside and outside.
We have many activities to do outside of work whether it's boating, hiking, biking, there is also plenty of attractions for families with children.
