Engility Corporation is seeking Mechanical Assemblers to work in Hollywood, MD in support of US Navy, Marine Corps and other programs.
The Assembler will support could include various USMC Rigid Wall Shelters and Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems programs. In additional other rapid prototyping and production projects could be included. Support will include workstation or line assembly operations to produce, modify , assemble or assist with fabrication of mechanical assemblies. The candidate must be able to follow environmental health and safety regulations in work areas. Assembles component parts, sub-assemblies or completed units. Includes electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, structural products, instrument, and plastic parts assembly.
Qualified candidates will have some machine shop or hands on tool and machine experience.
Experience with the use of measuring tools, interpret visual aids, interpret blue print drawings
Familiarity with ISO 9001 process.
Experience with the use hand or power tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling for production and prototype support.
Experience in the field of assembly and integration is preferred but not necessary.
