Subcontracts Director (2345-749)

Smartronix, Inc., is an information technology and engineering solutions provider specializing in Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Health IT, Network Operations, and Mission-Focused Engineering. The Subcontracts Director is tasked with managing the subcontractors team in a dynamic environment, primarily associated with C4ISR, R&D and production but also with cloud computing and subcontracts under commercial contracts.
The Candidate must have high level of proficiency in subcontracts administration, and will be the key member of the team tasked with managing and monitoring subcontractor performance.
The Candidate will have direct interface with senior industry contracts management personnel and will also independently assesses subcontractors' project performance and develop recommendations for improvement actions.
The position should prepare detailed monthly analysis of subcontractor performance through on-going development of "results driven" metrics, and apply experience in subcontract management and financial controls, planning and supply chain contracts knowledge to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with company, program and subcontract requirements.
This position will be tasked to increase the programs' visibility and understanding of subcontractor performance, forecasting and trends, focus areas, and potential root causes in order to initiate more effective corrective action and recovery plans.
The successful candidate will proactively advise Executive management of adverse trends, issues, and concerns; and leads corrective action teams to identify and correct schedule, cost and performance issues.
The position develops solutions to complex subcontracting problems which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
Required Skills
Strong Supply Chain Management skills.
Experience in the Federal marketplace is required.
Skilled and knowledgeable in subcontracts, program performance management compliance, and tools.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Subcontract Management/Administration oversight of cost, schedule and performance.

Required Experience
BA degree and 15+ years' experience in subcontracts administration experience is required. (MA degree preferred) Experience in the commercial cloud or other IT market is strongly desired. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
